What you need:

You need access to accurate financials so you can make informed decisions and know just how much cash you actually have to work with. You need a bookkeeper that will deliver accurate records on time.

You don’t do budgets or forecasts because you’re too busy making money. You need a CFO to deliver these tools to help your business grow.

You know you’re building something valuable and you know you can cash out at some point. But you don’t know what that point is yet, who to talk to, or how to make it happen. You need a confidential partner to help pull it all together.

What I deliver:

As your bookkeeper, your bank feed transactions will be updated at least twice per week. You will receive weekly AR / AP / and spending reports. Your books will be reconciled and closed by the 15th of each month.

As your CFO, I will meet with you monthly to present an updated financial assessment of your business, set targets for growth, and create actionable steps to achieve those targets. You will define what success means to you and to your business. I will be on call to support you in achieving that success.

As a partner in preparing your business for sale, I will organize your financials and business records into tidy files that will be easy to share when requested by an interested buyer. Reports I create will include information about your: Business Formation, Income, Expenses, Assets, Liabilities, Certifications, Insurance, HR Practices, Marketing, KPI’s, Vendors, Customers, Growth Strategies and Projections both historical and looking forward.
